Preview - Phase 1
In this step our team goes through every page and test simple controls (keyboard), hover actions, and input that should be accessible to the user. Then we test your website on multiple browsers and devices to make sure each one performs properly since not all browsers operate the same. We also run your entire website through an AI scanner to find any apparent issues with your website. This is so we have a general estimate of your website’s accessibility level.
Identify - Phase 2
This is where we start skimming through the code of your website and compare it with the AI results we found. We combine both human and AI knowledge to find as many vulnerabilities as possible, so you are properly covered. Since the code the user gets is different from the source code, we don’t actually need access to any of your source code.

Develop - Phase 3
Once we have a detailed list of everything wrong with your website, we write instructions on how to fix every one of them. These reports are written in ways that someone without any coding knowledge can understand, but the developers are also able to use to correct your site.
Ensure - Phase 4
After the report is delivered, we work with your team to ensure that everything is understood and applied correctly onto your site. If there are any questions, then they would be answered here.
Protek - Phase 5
In this step we perform a simple scan of your website like in the Preview step (Phase 1) but with the Identify step (Phase 2) sprinkled in. Our AI goes throughout your site to find any new issues that might have been added through additions or deletions on your site. We retest all controls and review vulnerable spots in your code. If everything is good, then we send you an all-clear report explaining the steps we took and the all clear. If any issues are found, then we send a detailed report of what is wrong and how you can fix it. We still work with you team to fix these issues.
